Commercial Pricing Info
Most commercial locations are simply measured, and a price is quoted based on square footage. There are some variables involved such as frequency of cleaning, surface(s) to be cleaned, multiple location discounts, and environmental issues. Large areas such as shopping centers or parking ramps recieve discounted square foot pricing, at increasing square footage levels. The following are basic pricing guidelines in our service area.

Etc. Typical
30 day service from $225 - $350. Service includes all sidewalks, drive thru's, dumpster pads, outdoor seating areas, and more.
One time service is also available, as well as building washing services.
SHOPPING CENTERS / STRIP MALLS - Most centers from $0.04 - $0.10 sq ft. Frequency and overall square footage determine pricing levels. An easy way to figure basic pricing is to take the GLA and multiply by $0.01 per sq ft. This will give you a close estimate.  |

STORE FRONTS & RESTAURANTS - Example: AppleBee's, Red Lobster, Walgreens, Saver's, etc. Typical 90 day service from $175 - $250. Includes all sidewalks, drive thru's, exterior furniture, trash recepticles,
etc. We can clean your awnings as well!! GAS STATIONS - Example: Holiday, BP, SuperAmerica, Fina We have full, closed-loop water recovery capability,
to keep you EPA compliant. Standard cleanings include all pump islands, car lanes 15' on both sides of islands, all sidewalks,
dumpster areas (if present), and parking stalls in front of the store. Most cleanings average $275 - $500, with a 3X
per year cleaning agreement. Canopy cleaning is available at reduced rates with the above service agreement.

PARKING GARAGES / RAMPS Multi level ramps and underground garages are priced by measuring the square footage of the structure. Pricing starts at $0.18 sq ft and reduces at 75,000 sq ft, 150,000 sq ft, and 300,000 sq ft respectively. Major discounting on structures over 500,000 sq ft. All cleaning includes wash water recovery and filtration, with discharge to sanitary sewer. We can also clean walls, ceilings, and posts.
Dumpster and pad service is ideal for those who just want the dirtiest area of their business cleaned regularly. We clean the dumpster exterior (including lid), enclosure walls, and concrete pad. Pricing for single pad $95, double pad $125 with a 30 day service agreement. Grease recepticle cleaning and dumpster interior cleaning available also.
Gum removal is a basic part of our concrete cleaning service. Concrete cleaning prices are graded by degree of gum present from light, medium, or heavy. |

Pricing
for graffiti removal starts at $175. This is a minimum service charge for one time removal. Large areas of graffiti, or multiple
tags and "artwork" pricing from $2.50 sq ft for anything exceeding the $175 minimum. Deep discounts if we are on
