As you can imagine, pricing varies as much as home
do. There are some basic standards we use to keep the confusion at a minimum, but the surest way to get an exact price is
to call us up, and have us visit the property. The following standards will help you get an idea of the basic costs associated
with your particular project. When we give you an estimate, it's a guaranteed price. No surprises, no changes. Our competition
shops our prices on a regular basis, so many times we appear to have higher pricing. We don't mind if they know our pricing,
but be forewarned, these contractors come and go at an alarming rate because they fail to realize the costs of running a legitimate
business. We'll be around when you need service in the future, will they??

House Washing One story homes (such as rambler style) are priced
at $1.00 per linear ft. Two
story homes (such as colonial style) are priced at $2.00 per linear ft. Three story homes are priced at $3.00 per linear ft. Homes with several
different heights, dormers, and walkouts are priced by measuring the actual length of the areas at the above pricing levels.
